Strengthening Neighborhoods (SN) is The Denver Foundation's grassroots neighborhood development program.
Greeting to our Strengthening Neighborhoods Partners,
We would like to share some exciting news about changes that have taken place in the Strengthening Neighborhoods team at The Denver Foundation. LaDawn Sullivan, SN co-manager, has been promoted to director of Community Leadership, one of the Foundation's four main program areas, and David Portillo, SN's other co-manager, has been promoted to manager of Strengthening Neighborhoods! LaDawn's new role means she will no longer be the point of contact for SN's many old and new partners and will no longer manage SN's grant process. David will expand his role in both of these areas and will now be the person to contact if you have any questions for or about SN. David's email is firstname.lastname@example.org, and his direct phone line is 303-996-7338. Please congratulate LaDawn and David on their new positions next time you see them!!
How it works: SN makes grants directly to residents for projects that the residents develop and lead.
Grants: Grants are from $100 - $5,000.
