Planning Grant

Before completing this application, please review the Guidelines. The limit for a planning grant is $500.  This grant is meant to help cover minor costs as you go through the process of planning your project or activity. This information is very important and you must be familiar with it to receive a grant. Most Planning/Micro Grant applications are turned around in a week or less. There are two ways to complete an application:

1) Complete the Application online by answering the questions below. Although the application is brief and easy to complete, please read it through and make sure you have all the information required to fill out each section, including the budget, before you begin. If you do not fill out all sections of the application, we will receive an incomplete application. We are unable to act on incomplete applications.

2) Click here to print a hard copy of the application, and type or write in your answers. This will open the document, which you can then print and complete by hand.  Instructions for mailing the application to us are on the cover page. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat, click here for a free copy of the software.  Please save a copy of your application before mailing it to us. If you are unable to open this file, please e-mail us to request an application by mail.
