Aurora Residents for Recreation

Education Program

To support the public education process concerning the need for additional indoor recreation space in Aurora.

ARR is a group of Aurora residents who are working to fill the enormous gap in indoor recreation space in Aurora, to give young people a place to go and to improve community health.

Hinkley Leadership Campaign for Change

2010-11 Activities

To support the organizing efforts of student leaders at Hinkley High School.

Student leaders are working to identfy core issues at their school and to design a plan to take action.

Working to build support with the larger Aurora Residents for Recreation Task Force to locate a new or expanded recreation facility in NW Aurora.
